My First Phone

March 10, 2010 § 1 Comment

On this day in 1876 Alexander Graham Bell makes the first successful phone call.

I was surprised at how hard it is to find good cell phone and service ads. No one wants to hear “Can you hear me now?” ever again. Although memorable, these ads haunt us rather then encourage or engross customer committment.

The Sprint commercial I selected below is three years old, but stuck with me as entertaining without becoming agitating which in my book makes a good ad.
